STAB-L-IZE LPX: LOW PROFILE, SEMI-AUTOMATIC, ECONOMY MODEL STRETCH WRAPPER
The STAB-L-IZE LPX is a heavy duty stretch wrapper at an affordable cost. The turntable will handle loads weighing up to 5,000 lbs at a speed adjustable up to16 rpm. The power pre-stretch ratio of 250% will stretch film more than three times it’s original length. The 59” diameter turntable will handle loads measuring 56” x 56” and up to 86” high. With the optional ramp, this low profile machine can be easily loaded with a pallet jack.

COUSINS PILOT X – VALUE PRICED PALLET WRAPPER
The Pilot X is a budget friendly, all steel pallet wrapper, with powered pre-stretch. It is designed with reliability and durability in mind. It is 100% manufactured and assembled in North America, with many advanced features usually found in more expensive machines.
COUSINS PILOT NP – LOW COST PALLET WRAPPER
The Pilot NP has all of the features of the Pilot X pallet wrapper, but lacks the power pre-stretch feature. The film on the NP is stretched between a roller on the film carriage and the load that is being wrapped. This is an excellent system for use when stretch netting is being applied.
LP 2100-SRT, ECONOMICAL LOW PROFILE STRETCH WRAPPER WITH POWER PRE-STRETCH
The Cousins LP 2100-SRT is a superior value in stretch wrappers equipped with powered pre-stretch. With an optional ramp, this machine can be loaded easily with a pallet jack or walkie. The 2100-SRT has features found in much more expensive wrappers. The LCD operator interface enables the operator to select from three different wrap programs to handle a variety of palletized loads. LOW PROFILE MODEL ALSO AVAILABLE
LP-SWA, FULLY AUTOMATIC LOW PROFILE STRETCH WRAPPER
The innovative HP-SWA uses Cousins’ patented “A-Arm” design to apply and cut the film at the top of the pallet. This means that there is no mechanical clamp on the turntable which can be damaged when loading the pallet. Because the film is cut at the top of the load, there is no film “tail” dragging on the floor when the pallet is moved. Unlike most fully-automatic stretch wrappers, the SWA series are all-electric, compressed air is not required. Best of all, it is the least expensive fully automatic machine on the market.

HP-SW, HEAVY DUTY HIGH PROFILE STRETCH WRAPPER
The Cousins HP-SW has a 48” octagonal turntable driven by a ½ hp AC motor. This gives it the capability of handling loads up to 4,500 lbs, with dimensions up to 67” x 67” x 75”. Its HMI operator interface provides diagnostic information along with the capability to program three separate wrap patterns. A low profile machine, the LP-SW is also available.

3300-A, CONVEYORIZED AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAPPER WITH PATENTED A-ARM
Wrapping Sequence: The pallet is placed on the turntable and the forklift operator initiates cycle-start with a remote device. The load is wrapped and discharged onto the exit conveyor so that the turntable is clear to accept the next load. The wrapper can also be configured to operate in-line with a palletizer or with existing conveyor. Like other A-Arm models, the 3300-A is very affordable.
4100 HERC, OVERHEAD SEMI-AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAP SYSTEM
The Cousins Model 4100 Series allows heavy loads to be placed on the floor while the overhead arm wraps the pallet. Affordable and simple the Model 4100 series machines have more standard features than any other overhead (rotary arm) pallet wrapper.
